Versailles, au parfum is a sale organised by Etude Martin-Banel in Versailles, which over the past few seasons has developed an Antique Perfumery department, selecting not only antique bottles and boxes from the Art Nouveau and Art Deco periods, but also vintage perfumes to meet the constant demand from lovers of wearable fragrances.

This summer's auction will include the spectacular Baccarat crystal and bronze bottle by Charles created for Christian Dior's ‘Diorissimo’, accompanied by its luxury box, the first perfumes by Serge Lutens created under the Salons du Palais Royal label, and extracts of Guerlain's “Djedi”, ‘Une Rose’, ‘Après L'Ondée’ and ‘Aï Loé’ from the 1950s, from the Guerlain London Limited subsidiary. A set of powder boxes and compacts and a selection of decorative advertising bottles complete this sale.
